Solved.
Details: WIN11 did not work with PCmasterGL 2.2.4.0 but worked flawlessly with PCmasterGL 2.2.0.0. Iām not 100% certain this is an OS issue as there were other odd things about 2.2.4.0 as well. But codifying it nonetheless in case this may come to potential good use for others. Sticking with 2.2.0.0 on WIN11 for now.
