re-installed 1.15.0 processed fine
also still receiving warning that the Ultra doesn’t have latest firmware, although have had 3.01.00 2025.06.15 since delivery 10/18
well now it works only with dongle and only on my laptop, oddly.
Joe, this is Andrew with the ROCK Support Team. If you want to send your ROCK Desktop log regarding this issue to support@rockrobotic.com I’m happy to take a look at it. We have also made an update so the firmware notification (which is incorrect) is no longer displayed for Ultra datasets.
I am also experiencing the same issue with the Rock Desktop version v1.16.0
with our R3Pro V2. We installed the previous version and problem was resolved
