Stuck on Step 2/11 'Running Strip Alignment'

Stays on Running Strip Alignment for a long time and then gives me an ‘unknown error’. Is this happening to anyone else, any workarounds? Also the RGB point cloud has a drastic shift in places vs the intensity viewing. I’m seeing roads in the RGB point cloud misaligned and road striping not lining up. But under intensity it looks great. I’m using the Rock Ultra so it says ‘Calibration is not required for the ROCK_ULTRA’

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sharing the dataset with ROCK to inspect. Once shared with us we will take a look at the dataset and check the camera calibration. Thanks for your help with this.
