⚠ SLAM - Processing Failed - Dependency Error

I’m on the latest version of Rock Desktop (1.13.39) (with dongle licence).
Data captured with R3 Pro v2 with Slam Dock v2.

Rock Desktop is failing to process SLAM data. Processing fails immediately saying dependcies are missing, referring to C++ distributable, however they are installed.

Anyone else experienced this issue?

This looks like a bug in the latest version 1.13.39 which included some ’ Enhancements to GPS SLAM’.

I have reverted to 1.13.37 and SLAM processing is working.

Have logged the issue with support.

Support have confirmed an issue with 1.13.39, affecting SLAM only, standard lidar is ok.

It seems every release brings issues at the moment. The software dev / test cycle needs some work.

A new Windows update was being rolled out incrementally which broke 1.13.39. We fixed our build with the latest Windows update. The latest Rock Desktop should be good to go.
