Hi all, I’m a new RockRobotic user. I purchased the R360 a couple of months ago and was wondering if the RockDesktop software works the same way as the previous PCMaster and Painter software. I can’t find any tutorials for how to use it.

Short answer, they are different programs.
My version of desktop has not been updated, I see it does way more stuff.
Go through the master/painter tutorials, the workflow is similar, just streamlined with the desktop.
Very new and functionality is simple once you go through it the first few times. Luckily you probably don’t have anything to unlearn from PCMaster software…
