Having problems with the R3PRO V2 red light stays on will not initialize, I have checked the antenna, the usb for being full, shut down everything few times and started over and still the same thing any help before i have to send it back in

I had the R3 do this last week. I ended up formatting the usb, make sure you unclick the quick format option. It takes awhile, but it worked after that. You you need to make a folder called “DATA” after formatting, make sure its in all upper case.
make a folder called logs (lower case) and restart. Then look at the log.
Is it flashing red or solid red? If it’s flashing red try to make sure that the antenna and GNSS attachment is really snug. Sometimes I feel like I have to over tighten it, but don’t use any tools.
