Sharing with you my attempt for MLS using R360 and a insta x4.
Did a aluminum frame to hold all things together into one.
There is some anti shock rubber and screws between the main frame (with lidar and camera) to the second frame that attaches to the car.
My goal is capture that 360 images (from video processing ffmpeg) and align that with the lidar point cloud in Potree, already did some tests, just need a little more research to sync everthing.
Someone will ask… why? Why just don´t use ready solution like R3PRO and rockcloud?
Well, I don´t have a R3PRO and I´m not in Rock Cloud, but I have a R360
