The scan time on our R3 Pro is incorrect, is there a way to change this? My concern is aligning the scan data with base station data.

Hello @Tdistasio Scan times are typically represented in UTC time so they will be off from your timezone by a certain amount of hours based on your location, typically UTC + X amount of hours. Fortunately, your base station also records in UTC time.
I have raised this issue also.
Datetime of the folder on the usb is definitely not in UTC.
Example, I captured a site this week, starting at 19th September, 0804.
The name of the folder on the usb was:
20240918_230434_1
The date captured exif on the first image:
19 Aug 0704
which seems correct (I am in UK summertime which is UTC+1).
If i cover a large site in one day, the date times on the usb span 2 days.
It doesnt seem to affect processing though.
I am using the latest firmware on r3 pro. 2.00.05
On previous version, the datetime on the image was also incorrect, which is what @Tdistasio may be experiencing.
Hopefully it can be resolved in a firmware update?
