In release v1.18.0 ROCK Robotic released Compare!
To use compare, simply add more than one project to a folder. Then, when in the folder view you will see a link to COMPARE!
Once in the Compare view you get some new tools:
Quickly colorize your pointclouds while they are all being displayed. This allows you to easily see the differences.
