Hi!
I have not used my LiDar for a few weeks now, and yesterday when I updated to the new firmware, my R2A does not display the serial number, and I don’t think I can hear the 2 shutter of the camera when it opens. I have tried restarting many times but nothing happens.
What can I do about this?
