My PCMP file is empty and Rock Desktop is not working

I am currently facing an issue with processing my R2A LiDAR data in Rock Desktop. After flying and capturing the data, I attempted to process it as usual. However, I encountered an unprecedented problem where my PCMP file ended up blank.

Below are the steps I took:

  1. Flew the R2A LiDAR and collected data.
  2. Tried processing this data in Rock Desktop.
  3. After the processing attempt, checked the PCMP file.
  4. Found it to be blank with no data.

I am unsure why this is happening, and have not encountered this issue before. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have insights on how I might resolve this?
