Manual Ground classification?

Obviously there’s amazing AI options if we pay for deliverables, but as I am new and learning, there’s times when just the ground would be useful for manual classification.

Is there a reasonable technique for doing this manually when you have uneven terrain (not perfectly flat, so it doesn’t easily fit in a bounding box when creating a manual classification from my limited experience.)

Thanks!
Brendan

Honestly, I have just go in and pick spots that I can clearly see the ground and just kind of create ground shots that way. For some harder areas you may have to shoot them with a total station on another deployment or look for a fallen tree or rock in the point cloud and pick near that. I haven’t really flown areas with a ton of dense vegetation but generally you can get some areas to roughly pick the ground.
