The data is there, but when i double click on the master file, it simply pops up and tells me “Failed to load project”. I started and stopped the session properly, so everything seemed to be working fine in the field…
Any tricks to using this data and getting it to processed?
This issue is usually caused by either not having your Inertial Explorer license activated, or possibly an incomplete data capture (meaning perhaps an incorrect stop/shutdown sequence) which can cause the ppk.pcmp and ppk.pcpp files to not be populated with the information from the scan.
Depending on your version of PCMaster you can also load ALL the data files from your capture directly as a new project from the main PCMaster window.
