After re-projecting, Is it normal for elevation to be off by 100’ or more? The x-y seems to be pretty close. Just the z is very low compared to the GCP’s and had to be manually brought up via the toolbox by 110’ or so.

I may have answered my own question here. Turns out the GCP data which was submitted to us was in a special facility datum and was not fully converted as it should have been.
gotta watch those claimed coordinate systems… I’ve been burned by it many a time.
