DJI Zenmuse L1 accuracy

Any of you can try to explain why the accuracy stated by DJI about the L1 is lower on the XY plan than on the Z axes?
They state that Matrice 300 flying at 50 meter AGL can achieve 5 cm accuracy on Z and 10 cm on XY.
